Hallöchen!

Das ist erstmal nur ein Test, um zu sehen ob ich für so einen Blog tauge.

Hier gehts um Laufen. Und ich weiß, es gibt tausende Blogs zum Thema. Viele bessere, als es meiner sein wird, viele schlechtere, die nichtmal ich lesen würde. War nur Spaß.

Ich will hier über mein tägliches Training berichten und erhoffe mir, anderen Anregung zu geben als auch Anregung zu bekommen. Scheut euch also nicht, Kommentare abzulassen.
